I think Stutzle is more NHL ready, but I think Byfield (assuming both reach full potential) has the higher ceiling. I think you made the right pick.....hopefully the real kings won't do the same.

What would Pierre offer Blake to flip 2 for 3? OTT last first rounder, and something involving a second rounder? I hope if LAK decided to take Stutzle that Blake would try to move down if OTT has Byfield Thirst.

I doubt Dorion would make the trade. it's debatable which player is better, this way the pick is pressure free for Ottawa......just take whoever LA doesn't, probably 50/50 that Ottawa gets the better player.

It will strongly influence who ottawa takes with pick 5 is the one caveat.

I know BPA and all that, but ottawa may be inclined to take a center if they wind up with stutzle, even if a guy like raymond is still there.

unless their plan is to play Stutzle at C.....which is what I believe he prefers

sens twitter have been talking about a tkachuk-byfield-raymond line for like a month now...........it would be a ridiculously good line.

in the next year Ottawa could have a top six of:

tkachuk - byfield - Raymond
duclair - Norris - batherson
